Once you're under contract and your belongings are out, we step in and ensure your home is immaculate for the buyer's final walkthrough and closing day.

Staging Removal

We coordinate seamless removal of all supplemental staging furniture and décor we brought in — scheduled around your moving timeline so nothing is ever in your way. Your original furnishings (including any pieces we refreshed during staging) remain yours to take to your next home.

Did you fall in love with a staged piece? We're happy to quote you a purchase price. And if the buyer fell in love with something too, we can arrange that sale directly.

Move-Out Preparation Services

• Deep Clean: Top-to-bottom interior cleaning including all rooms, appliances, fixtures, cabinets, and surfaces
• Floor Care: Hardwood cleaning and polish, tile scrubbing, carpet shampooing
• Window Cleaning: Interior window washing, sills, and tracks
• Nail Hole Patching: All staging and personal artwork holes filled and sanded
• Touch-Up Painting: Fresh touch-up on walls, trim, and doors throughout
• Minor Repairs: Small drywall dings, baseboard scuffs, and moving damage addressed
• Appliance Deep Clean: Oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer
• Safety Check: Smoke detector batteries, HVAC filter replacement, hardware tightening
• Final Walkthrough: Quality inspection to ensure everything is settlement-ready
• Trash & Debris Removal: Everything cleared and disposed of properly
